My Review of Carousel Automobiles:
I was greeted by Jason at Carousel while browsing new cars. I inquired about the Certified Pre-owned (CPO) cars available. Jason showed me 3 different CPO Audi A-4s with the newer (2009) body style. I tried out two of the vehicles the first day that I was in the dealership working with Jason and I left that day without pressure. I came back several days later and tried two other CPO A-4s. I still was not ready to purchase because the interiors were not matching my preferred criteria. He was really decent about not putting pressure on me to buy and he was generous about spending time answering my questions. On my 3rd visit about a week later, I showed up at the dealership with the intent to purchase and I asked for Jason by name. He again was friendly and eager to assist me. I ended up purchasing a CPO Audi from Jason and I will ask for him again in the future. The price was very fair according to KBB.com

I went into Carousel to do research and not intending to purchase that day. I asked Mark to "show me the vehicle, don't sell me the vehicle" I was wearing old jeans, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I was driving my nine year old trail blazer and looking like I had no chance at qualifying for one of their higher end Audis (i.e. Q7). Mark spent close to two hours with me on that Saturday, clearly one of his busier days. He walked me through all the options, told me everything I wanted to know about the vehicle (and more), while never attempting to size me up on if I would actually buy one day. After my extended visit with Mark I went on to another dealership (different manufacture) and within five minutes of walking in the door, decided it would be Mark who would get my business. This other salesman asked me repeatedly how much I could afford and even after I told him I wanted to be "shown the vehicle, not sold the vehicle", he kept up with his line of questions. Two months later I ordered a fully loaded Q7 from Mark and think it is worth every penny I paid for it. Carousel has treated me exceptionally well and that is mostly due to Mark Landy. Note to other salesman/women: Just because someone walks in looking like they can't afford something, doesn't mean they should be treated any differently from those who can. As a matter of fact, many times people who can afford the best of the best, don't like to look they can.

I believe the highest rating I can give a dealer is to continue to take my business there, even though there are other choices, and to recommended them to others.
